What to expect

First and foremost the session is about you and your needs. Because each person is unique, I have no set agenda for the session.

I come with an open mind and open heart to be here for you.

I take time to listen to the meaning behind the words that you are saying to help you see things more clearly and from a different perspective.

We begin the session with breathing, centering and set an intention for what you need out of the hour’s time and the discussion will flow from there.

Sometimes I do a guided meditation if my intuition tells me it is the right thing to do.

The sessions are based on your needs and also the 10-Step Program I created and outline in my book “Mindset for Healing: A Profound Yet Simple Plan to See Healing from a New Perspective.” This program is a combination of a download I received after my healing journey from cancer and the knowledge I have gained from my coaching practice and courses I have taken over the years along with how I experienced my personal healing journeys throughout my life.

At the end of each session, the intention is for you to have a solution or a tool to use IMMEDIATELY.

Technology is a great thing! The one-on-one or group coaching sessions can be via phone, Skype or conference call. This makes it easy for anyone to work with me no matter where you live.
