Spring - Time to Awaken in Mind, Body and Spirit
March is the month of awakening and is one of my favorite months of the year. It is my birthday month and Spring arrives. Spring brings a sense of renewal with new buds popping and birds chirping. The earth comes alive again after a long slumber - at least it does here in Ohio. It awakens within us a time to take a look at what changed over the winter and gives you an opportunity to make changes to move forward. It is this time of renewal and awakening when I take a really deep look at what I need to continue to do to heal in mind, body and spirit. I invite you to do the same.
March is National Nutrition Month and Spiritual Wellness Month. So working on body and spirit are a natural part of the month. Adding mind to that and you have the complete package.
I invite you to take time this month to reflect on what you need to do to heal in mind, body and spirit. Suggestions for self reflection are to do meditation, journaling, mindfulness, take a long walk in nature and listen to the sounds of it reawakening.
You may want to connect with friends and family that you haven't been in touch with for awhile. Connection and community is a very important part of healing.
